- The driveway, backyard and laundry area is shared with 2 other units. There is parking for 1 car only.
- 1 dog is allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. (please include your pet in the guest count for accurate pricing).
- This is one unit of a 3 unit lot, each with own private entrance.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.
